Founded in Lagos in 2009, LeadPath Energy was built on a conviction that Nigeria's oil and gas sector deserved world-class indigenous service companies. Today, we operate across eleven African nations with a workforce that is 94% African-born and trained.
Our headquarters remain in Lagos, with operational hubs in Port Harcourt, Abuja, Accra, and Nairobi — positioned to serve the full sweep of Sub-Saharan African energy production.
We invest in local capacity: an in-house training academy, graduate engineering intake, and an equipment fleet maintained to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
